The album was released on January 23, 2007 and peaked at #17 on Billboard's Top Heatseekers chart and #43 on the Top Independent Albums chart.
Three singles from the album were released; "The Plot to Bomb the Panhandle", "The Danger in Starting a Fire", and the cover of "Since U Been Gone" that is featured in the re-release. Music videos were produced for all three of the songs.
The album was reissued on February 19, 2008. The reissue has different cover artwork, three bonus tracks; a previously unreleased song and two re-recorded songs that were originally featured on their debut album, And Their Name Was Treason, the cover of the Kelly Clarkson song "Since U Been Gone", as well as a bonus DVD that includes footage of A Day to Remember's performance in Ocala, the music videos for "The Plot to Bomb the Panhandle" and "The Danger in Starting a Fire", as well as behind the scenes footage.
